Mr. Wodehouse having recapitulated the facts relating to this matter, known to him, has, in the conclusion of his letter dealt with two subjects.
1: The censure which he says has been passed upon him, and
2: The alleged undue interference with the proceedings of the Magistrate which he says I have been guilty of.
2. The first subject will no doubt be dealt with by His Excellency. With respect to the second, I beg to report as follows:-
